We are very concerned about clients’ fear of handling of their resources, and finances in the delivery of their project.

We have developed project modules that our clients in both Diaspora and at home have come to trust in project delivery. These modules are to ensure trust and discourage project failure. These Escrow modules are as follows

1. a) WHOLE PROJECT MODULE: This segment is for big contracts given by the government, organizations, and a few individuals within the range of 100 million Naira and above. We undertake the entire project execution to finish as spelled out in the contract document.
2. b) INDIVIDUAL/GROUP PROJECT: This Project falls within the range under 100 million Naira only. In this arrangement, there is a clearly defined duties between us and the client. It is subdivided into (i.) materials (ii) labor (iii) supervision and (iv) logistics with terms and conditions, time and dates specified.

c) CONSULTANCY: On this platform, we are engaged in using and employing management techniques, advice, and meetings between clients and contractors to deliver projects. This is an umpire job, providing technical support in all critical areas of project in making tasks more efficient, implementable and enforce standards to save time and money.
